TFL Small Site Collaboration Wins Design Awards

Winning Design Achieves Two Architectural Awards.

Kisiel Group is a Development Partner with TFL, through the Small Sites Scheme run by the Greater London Authority. We are currently working with TFL on the development of two sites: one in East London and one in North London.It is our first joint project at Portree Street in Tower Hamlets that has won two 5-star awards for its design by Stephen Alderdice at the International Property Awards held in London on 28 October 2022.The winning awards are in the categories:

Best Architecture Multiple Residence
Best Residential Development 2-9 Units

This demonstrates our commitment to delivering quality designs on our developments that enhance the lives of the residents living in our developments.

Our second project under the TFL Small Sites scheme is currently in the planning stages.
