Palmerston Crescent is a strip of surplus land owned by Transport for London in Enfield, North London. We secured it through the Mayor of London's Small Sites Small Builders programme, which releases small public sites to smaller developers and builders to increase housing supply across London.
We are now taking the scheme through planning for around 70 new homes. As with our other schemes, we will act as both developer and contractor, carrying the project from planning through to construction and sale.
