Our money
goes in too.

We co-invest in the schemes we source, plan and build ourselves. Our capital sits in the same scheme as yours, so we share the downside as well as the upside.

Questions investors ask

Who can invest?

Private investors, family offices and landowners. Opportunities are discussed privately, and only with investors who meet the relevant legal criteria.

How long is capital committed?

Planning and construction together often take two to three years. Each scheme comes with its own timeline.

Can I see what you have built?

Yes. We arrange visits to completed and live schemes.

Is there a minimum investment?

Yes. The minimum investment is £100,000. Opportunities are for high net worth and sophisticated investors only.

Important: investment risk

Property development carries risk. Planning can be refused or delayed, build costs can rise and sale prices can fall. You could lose some or all of your capital, and returns are not guaranteed. Capital is usually committed until the scheme is sold. Take independent financial, legal and tax advice before investing.
