Building four 3-bed family homes and a 1-bed single-storey wheelchair compliant home has transformed an unused piece of land in London SW2.Our team has achieved a quality build of 5 houses with gardens on a plot of land only 31m by 16m. This demonstrates that an SME housebuilder can play a significant role in delivering new housing through flexibility, local knowledge, and working on smaller scale projects that would not be of interest to a volume builder. We have certainly succeeded in delivering this project on a tricky sloping site alongside a major road and created much-needed new homes in Southwest London.Our Joint Venture partner comments: “You need something to stand out against the competition when selling properties in a difficult market with increased interest rates.
