A developer found a site in Ealing for 21 new build apartments across three separate blocks. Block A includes a basement level with two duplex apartments opening onto private courtyard gardens.
Planning was submitted in 2017 and initially refused. After a successful appeal, it was granted in May 2019.
We had already delivered two award-winning developments for this developer in the borough of Ealing, so they appointed us as main contractor. Work started on site in mid-December 2020 and the scheme is complete.
