Our ‘Developing Talent Internship Programme’ is Highly Commended at Awards.

Kisiel Group was awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in the category of Graduate Programme of the Year at the prestigious CN Workforce Awards held at the Marriott Grosvenor House in Park Lane on 8 November 2022.We could not have anticipated this recognition when we took on our first intern from a local university in July 2020. It led us to create our ‘Developing Talent Internship Programme’ and since we started fifteen interns have joined the programme and all have completed their degrees.

The comments from the judges: “This is a very strong intern programme, an impressive example of growing something from scratch at pace that has made a significant impression on the business. With clear aims and ambition around EDI and the future of the industry, Kisiel have quickly introduced measures to diversify their workforce and given graduates the licence to develop their skills whilst being supported by a close knit support team and a quality training offer. This submission demonstrates a valuable investment by an SME in graduates and future professionals, all judges Highly Commended Kisiel.”
